If you live in the Mokena, Il area and you have needs regarding your heating or your cooing systems then I have to recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling to you. I don’t usually offer recommendations on here but after the service which I received I can’t not let you know. It all started last year when the temperature started to drop and the furnace in my home decided that this would be a good time to stop working. I wasn’t sure who to call and there were a few options here in Mokena, Il. After looking at this company called Integrity I was a little suspicious because they seemed to be so incredibly cheap. After seeing on their website however that they offered a $500 bonus of you found anywhere cheaper however, I thought that I would give them a go, and I am so pleased that I did.
Service
The first point too make is that the service which I received from the team at Integrity was absolutely fantastic and right from the receptionist through to the guys who came out, the service was impeccable.
Speed
The day that I called was particularly cold and I as of course in a hurry to get the furnace repaired. I was incredibly grateful therefore when the team were out at my home address within 12hours, to review what was going on and make a plan to get things sorted out. I had to have a new furnace which unfortunately would be a further 12 hour wait, but the team were genuinely concerned and made sure that we had ways and means to heat up the house until they could replace the furnace.
Price
The price of both the service and the furnace itself were incredibly reasonable and I took them at their word and checked out other places in Mokena, Il, and they were indeed the cheapest. I figured that the machinery may be cheap but the labor would be expensive but this wasn’t the case at all and the whole thing was very reasonably priced.
Quality
As I mentioned I was worried that the machinery perhaps wouldn’t be of a very good quality and that this was how they were able to charge such a low price but this wasn’t the case. The furnace was from a greta manufacturer and it has worked perfectly since it was installed.
After Care
The reason for writing this today is that I recently received a call from Integrity last week to ask about them coming out to perform a check on the furnace. Initially I thought that they had made a mistake and let them know that I hadn’t paid for this additional service. They then notified me to say that every furnace or cooling system which is installed will have a 1 and 2 year checkup, absolutely brilliant.
If you live in Mokena, Il, this is the only service you need for your heating and cooling needs.
