Hey micki,

Nice useful site. I wanted to started to start something similar and glad to see you guys did. Happy to help out. I see there is no category for services or help neighbor with your skills. I am computer guy and sometimes my neighbors struggle with computer stuff. I am happy to help out on weekends and similarly may neighbors are happy to lend hand on what they know for free or money. THat helps. Like plumber next door can help with faucet fixing instead of you struggling with it. So think about that.

I love the idea of sharing with neighbors, but your options & rating system is what puts the shine on this idea & website! Being able to charge a temporary deposit, a nominal usage fee, or rate someone as a dirt bag for not returning your stuff or handling your belongings properly is priceless!

Can I donate $5 to you somehow???

The email confirmation codeI received showed up as raw html, with the GUID buried and broken inside a tag. This might confuse a normal person (and yes my gmail is html enabled). Abnormals like me can figure it out.

I have a question. How do I know if something is listed to borrow or buy? Do I have to ask the person listing or is it on the page somewhere and I just missed it. I saw one thing that said "to borrow" but nothing else.

i love this site's idea.
