Description: HP Pavillion DV8000 17" laptop computer. This has Windows XP and Office 2003 loaded. It is a good computer for someone who needs a laptop for a trip or for a few days or weeks for a project.

It has built in wireless access and a DVD reader/burner.

It has an Intel T2250 1.73 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM and two hard drives totaling 180 GB of space.

MGump's Personal Story: This laptop was used by my son while in college but he has graduated and gone on to use a different computer. This one works fine and has Microsoft Office 2003 professional installed (includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access)

You can watch DVDs on it and surf the Internet with wireless or wired access.

I would ask that a person using it NOT install any additional software that might cause malware to become installed. Feel free to ask any questions about the computer.
